Roof insurance claims, done right.
We've helped hundreds of Central Texas homeowners get their roof claims approved. Here's how the process actually works — and why working with a roofer who knows insurance can be the difference between an approved claim and a denied one.

Approved Scope of Work
Line-item scope reviewed with you before work starts.
Quality Installation
Manufacturer-grade materials. Workmanship warranty included.
Policy patterns
Every policy is different. These patterns hold.
Replacement cost value (RCV) policies pay full replacement cost minus your deductible. These are the norm in Texas and the most straightforward to work with.
Actual cash value (ACV) policies pay depreciated value — they take age of the roof off the top. Older roofs can get paid only a fraction of replacement cost. Worth asking your agent which you have before a storm hits.
Matching clauses (sometimes) require the adjuster to pay to replace undamaged slopes when matching shingle isn't available. Texas law is friendly here. We flag it when it applies.
Frequently Asked
Insurance claim questions, answered.
No. We recommend calling us first. We'll inspect at no cost and tell you honestly whether there's documentable damage worth filing on. If there is, we'll prep the evidence package before you call your insurer — which dramatically improves the chance of approval.
