What we do

Hail damage on roofs is often invisible from the ground. What looks like a clean roof after a storm may have hundreds of impact marks that have bruised the shingle, fractured the underlying mat, and started granule loss that will cut the shingle's remaining life by 10–15 years. Most homeowners don't realize they have hail damage until we show them the photos.
Our hail inspection covers every slope, every penetration, every soft metal component (vents, flashing, drip edge), and includes impact count documentation sorted by slope and direction. This is the evidence format insurance adjusters want. We photograph everything and produce a written damage report that supports the claim.
The repair or replacement that follows depends on density of damage. Light damage (under 4 impacts per 100 sq ft) typically doesn't qualify. Moderate to severe damage usually warrants replacement — and insurance usually approves it when documented correctly.
