General contracting covers projects that are bigger than a single-room remodel or more trade-complex than a kitchen or bath alone. Common general contracting scopes we handle: room additions (bedroom, bathroom, sunroom, garage conversion), structural modifications (load-bearing wall removal, foundation work coordination, major repairs), exterior renovations (siding, windows, trim, combined with roofing), and coordinated multi-room remodels where kitchen, baths, and living spaces are all being updated at once.
